Hello Everyone!

The College Park Environmental Group (CPEG) is a University of Maryland sponsored student group that is dedicate to promoting environmental awareness and appreciation through community service, recreation, and education. Our meetings are every Wednesday night at 6pm on the stairs of Jimnez, new members are always welcome, and bring your friends too!

We are planning lots of fun events for this semester including, stream cleanups, hiking trips, hosting guest speakers, potlucks, semesterly kick ball game, and a weekend caving trip. If there is something that you are interested in doing this semester this is not already on our agenda, let us know at the next meeting or send us an e-mail at cpegnews@gmail.com and we will try to plan it. New ideas are always welcomed.
