Welcome to the DESI Quiz Blitz 2007, the first of the quiz contests designed to test you on your general knowledge about India!

Think you know India well?
Think again! Pit your wits against your peers and quizmaster Greatbong - Arnab Roy - as he takes you on in a quiz contest that will test exactly that!

Who's Greatbong?
The same guy you met at the Pani Puri eating contest. You know, the one who asked all those questions.. And what's more, he's the winner of the "Indiblog of the Year" and the "Most Humorous Indiblog" awards for the year 2006. Looks like you've got quite a quizmaster!

So what are the rules?
Form a team of maximum 3 members, and register online by clicking here. If you do not have a team, register online all the same, and we will find you a team. Then come over and participate in the quiz. It's that simple!

And what will we be quizzed on?
India of course! Your general knowledge about India.

So what do we win?
Each member of the winning team gets a coupon for dinner for two at Woodland's restaurant.

And what about the audience?
Of course, you get to answer questions too! And chocolates for the right answer!! And two lucky raffle winners will also get a coupon each for lunch at Woodland's restaurant.
