The
WHERE: Near the sundial on McKeldin mall. *** Directions to UMD
campus*** If the weather is bad or it is too cold, we meet in a
racquetball court in the Health and Human Performance building, a.k.a. the
School of Public Health Building (DIRECTIONS).
Go to the bottom level of the HHP, walk to the sign for the
racquetball courts, and go to the side without the drink machines. We’re
usually the last court on the left. Just listen for clubs hitting the floor,
you’ll find us!
Ø
Meetings involve getting
together and juggling. There is no structure to our meetings. They are
never mandatory, you can come and leave whenever you want, and they tend to
last a couple of hours or until everyone leaves. Ø
To “join” the club, just show
up to a meeting. Membership is very loose. You don’t even have to show up
regularly (but it would be nice). Ø
You don’t need to spend any
money to join. There are no membership fees. Ø
You don’t need to know how to
juggle to join. We’re happy to teach you how to juggle. Lessons are
always free. Ø
You don’t have to be a
student/faculty member to join. Meetings are open to the public. You
don’t have to be associated with the University to come juggle with us. Ø
You don’t have to own
juggling equipment. We have plenty of club-owned equipment that you can
use, but please bring your own if you have it! © Juggling Club @ UMD 2009 Last updated: September 30, 2009 |
