Mr. Jones has extensive experience in a variety of legal subjects ranging from consumer protection and dispute resolution, to criminal law.  Past positions he has held include being an Assistant State's Attorney for Charles County (MD), Administrator of the Howard County (MD) Office of Consumer Affairs, Executive Director of the Anne Arundel County (MD) Ethics Commission, and Director of Standards and Ethics for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Mr. Jones has over twenty years experience in enforcing criminal and consumer laws, effecting compliance of professional ethical and business standards, and negotiating the settlement of disputes.

Mr. Jones has served on numerous local, state and national boards including: Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition (Board of Directors), National Association of Consumer Agency Administrators (President), Maryland State Collection Agency Licensing Board (Vice-Chair), and Ford's Consumer Appeals Board (Chair).
