Correspond with department to obtain lists of names of new students |

Assist the President and help coordinate other officers |

Assistant ESC Representative, attend all meetings with ESC representative |

Treasurer |
Keep records of finances |
|
Prepare yearly budget |
|
|
Fill out forms to obtain SGA funds |

Work closely with Fundraising Chair |

Secretary |
Manage society point system |
|
Manage membership records - keep list of names, emails, UID, etc |
|
|
ASABE and BMES liaison, manage new membership to national societies |
|
|
Inform members of scholarships, awards, and conference opportunities |

Web Master |
Maintain society website |
|
Post events, photos, opportunities, etc. |
|

Fundraising Chair |
Manage fundraising opportunities: t-shirt sales, hot dog sales, etc. |

Coordinate hot dog sales- obtain volunteers, check stocks of supplies |

|
Actively seek out new fundraising activities |

Event's Chair |
Advertise for events, submit events to engineering FYI website |

Correspond with and obtain guest speakers |

Coordinate and obtain volunteers for society events |
