The Odanadi Cycle
Tau Chapter is incredibly proud of our SYZter
Sharon *Leilani* Choi
, who is leaving for India in less than 2 weeks on a mission to spread awareness about human sex trafficking. She will be cycling for 30 days to 60 villages making presentations with a group of female volunteers and 20 young women survivors of Odanadi Sevi Trust.
As a volunteer, she is responsible for raising money for her own flight, food, accommodations, and gear. Please send her your support and keep her in your prayers as she makes this journey!

End of the Year Recognition!
Tau Chapter is proud to announce that we received several honors at this year's Greek Awards Ceremony! We were recognized for Individual Involvement as well as having the Highest GPA in the United Greek Council with a 3.51! We are very proud of our academic achievements this semester as our chapter beat the All Women's Average of 3.19. We also ranked 2nd out of all UMCP Greek organizations and our Kappa class ranked 1st out of all Fall 2008 UGC new members!
In addition to our Chapter awards, we are pleased to announce that our very own
Angela *Capri* Lim
was inducted into the Kalegethos Society. Congratulations Angela!

Hi, everyone! I am currently one of three rush chairs for the Spring Lambda Rush 2009! I am so excited for the upcoming rush season and I def hope you are too! Although it can be stressful at times to plan so many events and keep up with my life outside of the sorority, I can't be any more thankful for this experience. Being a rush chair, holding other positions in Sigma and simply being a sister of this organization has taught me so much about love, life and all of the above. I am more than honored to be a part of this sisterhood and to be surrounded by the most real, beautiful, intelligent, classy, loving and adventurous girls in the world!
