                      For Administration

                      Insurance Waiver: (.pdf)  Please fill out TWO VIEW DOWNLOAD
                      Responsibility Contract: Now a binding contract, which says you acknowledge the responsibilities and risks involved in joining the club VIEW DOWNLOAD

                      For Finance

                      Payment Form: All payments must include a cover sheet VIEW DOWNLOAD
                      Reimbursement Form: For Directors who have spent personal funds towards club materials VIEW DOWNLOAD

                      For Herd Health

                      Feeder/Cleaner Sign Up:  an approx 1.5 hour commitment required for anyone who wishes to ride in lessons VIEW DOWNLOAD

                      For Horse Usage

                      Trainer Sign Up:  an approx 2 hour commitment if you would like to be a head or assistant trainer of one of our horses. (**note you must be level 5 to be a head trainer**) VIEW DOWNLOAD
